The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

We were unable to order wings online so we just went in person to get some wings. After waiting 15 minutes until their cigarettes break was over, we were denied ordering wings because we didn't order online.... WOW. Turning down business! I plan on letting corporate know how the dewitt chillies is turning down business... I guess making money is not that important!

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We loved our food. It was hot and fast. The service was wonderful too, although I never received a drink refill. All staff were friendly and working hard. The prices were reasonable. Had a great time, however the music choice was a bit too heavy rock, fast and too loud for our liking. Looking around it was mostly families with small children so I didn’t think the music fit the environment. It was great seeing a restaurant filling up with customers. I would easily give this a 5 if not for the music.

When they first opened the service was so perfect but as a few months went by the service started to suck meaning they gave you whatever they wanted to give you no matter what you ordered food wasn’t fresh anymore manager have a nasty attitude do not have a care in the world about what’s going on with your order nor how it taste! Close down already! Oh, I forgot they can’t because it’s in the inside of another restaurant (chilies) P.S I ordered 11 wings combo they shorted me two wing’s & fries plus gave me a half of soda!

I went there with my family of 5 on July 4th only to be met with the nastiest waitress that I have ever met in my entire life. I have never been treated nastier, all because I asked to sit in a booth where the entire restaurant was pretty much empty. She rolled her eyes, gave me a "f*ck you go to hell" face and basically let me know that she would be spitting into my food. I had 3 kids with me...a 13, 6, and 1 year old only to receive "f*ck you" attitude in front of my kuds. Save yourself the trouble of getting exposed to the nastiest person that I have ever met in my life. I will only go back to Chili's if I hear from the manager that this horrendous woman was fired. And I will tell all my friends and family about her too. I will never forget this. This is the first nasty review I have given in my life. Never got treated nastier in my entire life, all because I simply asked to sit in a booth in an empty restaurant.

I think you could go too any random corner store on the Northside and find better wings! Ordered 32 and all were disgusting. Barely any sauce and cheap jumbo wings. They were slimy and so big they were gross too eat.....smaller wings are the way to go not cheap jumbo wings .Hate being critical and rude but dont waste your money! It was delivery and a waste of 32 wings and a waste of time for the Uber driver..
Ordered through DoorDash and for a place that's called "It's Just Wings" I don't understand how they would forget the wings to my order including the sauses that I asked for on the side , they have a assemble check to see if everything is there and yet they let the order go out without everything checked , sad really

Received wings with little to no sauce (about a dab on one side) and a side of ranch (a little odd for New York). Gave them the benefit of the doubt a few months later and ordered again, again almost no sauce. Found out later that it's just a Chili's which makes sense as most ma and pa shops around here send blue cheese as the dip. Wouldn't recommend at all, have no business claiming to be a wing place in upstate New York.

It tasted very good, I had delivery through doordash and there were no problems, the lemon pepper wings were some of the best I've ever tasted, gave only 4 stars because I haven't actually been there

Lunch at 1:30, just two of us. I had the Nachos as a meal. The overall size was small but I didn’t care because they were pathetic. They consisted of Nachos, a little black beans on top with cheese. I wish I had taken a picture. Terrible. I also ordered the Chicken Enchilada soup, I asked our server if it was hot as in spicy, she said “No”. Well I thought it was spicy. I ate half of it. Our server never replaced my water, but did after I tracked her down. Our server was slow and seemed bothered by us being there. The worst part was that “music”. It seemed to get louder as our meal progressed. It made talking a challenge. Major turn off for us middle age women who wanted to chat and relax. Instead we left as soon as we were done. My total bill was around $15.00, plus tip. Not sure I’ll go back. So many other places want my business.
