If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the dirtiest and laziest Jersey Mike’s I have ever stepped into. The workers are unprofessional, inattentive, and clearly have no pride in their job. I watched them leave my sandwich sitting out for over 10 minutes while they wandered around doing other tasks like I didn’t even exist.

Even worse, the employees were constantly touching their hair and faces and then handling food without ever washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting. It’s not just lazy, it’s extremely unsanitary and unsafe.

The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic food safety here is unacceptable. This location should be embarrassed to operate under the Jersey Mike’s name. Save your time, money, and health. Please go anywhere else.

Walked into Jersey Mike’s today and the experience was disappointing. One person started making my sandwich, but after that I was left standing at the counter while several other employees walked past and ignored me. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, just being left waiting.

Good customer service means paying attention to the people who are actually in the store — not acting like they don’t exist. When customers feel overlooked, it reflects badly on the entire team. This location really needs to retrain staff on attentiveness and basic hospitality.

None of the workers seem to want to be there. They always charge incorrectly and the last visit I realized their soda machine ice chute is full of mold.

There were only two guys working when we arrived for some lunch just before noon. They hustled the whole time, apologized multiple times for the delay (there wasn't much of one) and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude. We dined in, and as we ate a couple more workers arrived, but it's the two openers who deserved the kudos on this visit!

It seems the day shift is not the biggest fan of their job. I ordered a gluten free sub and yes I know it’s a lot to change your gloves and get new meat and cheese, but you don’t need to roll your eyes at me. When I was asking for my other toppings they kept rolling their eyes at me. My sub was good though.

Day shift seems to not like their job. Quite rude and passive aggressive. Also someone got my order wrong after I told him twice what i wanted. Night shift however seems to be much friendlier. Kudos to the manager as-well on the day shift however he was very kind. The food is very good can never miss out but the day shift is just a little rude.

Never order food for delivery from this restaurant. Quality of the food in person is always amazing but delivery is a train wreck every single time. The staff are unpleasant and don’t know how to handle a rush, food comes incorrectly made or missing completely. This is not the first issue I have had with delivery orders from the Dewitt store in particular. If Jersey Mikes is going to offer free delivery from the app, then they should have the staff and store prepared for a busy day. There is no reason my food should be 40 minutes late and when I call to nicely ask about the status of the order, the store hung up on me. Terrible customer service and lack of preparation for a day that should be expected to be busy.

The girl at the counter was being yelled at by a woman picking up an online order l. Because of this happening while she was in the middle of cashing me out for my order she walked away. I gave her cash and since she walked away with my money I walked with my sub. I hope she's okay.

Ordered online for my lunch break. 30 minute round trip to pick it up at 2pm. 1 of the 3 ordered was completely wrong. None of which were labeled, might I add. All 3 being completely different, so it would have been easy to mark them, but no. I ordered a club sub (turkey, roast beef, lettuce, tomato,
onion, Mike's way on rosemary parm. What I got was turkey on white smothered in mayo, pickles, no cheese. Clearly a mistake on their part. But it's absolutely absurd that you can get something that wrong. It makes it nearly impossible to come back to the store to have someone make another one. You have to just hope they did it right.
