“I came at 2:50pm on Wednesday May 7th. I was greeted by the two women and the young man who were working, they were friendly, helpful and fast! I didn’t catch their names but if whoever reviews these can check the schedule and see who was working, please give props to these folks. It was starting to get busy but they kept it rolling and stayed smiling and friendly to customers. Got a good staff in there, don’t lose them!“

“This place is amazing. They own a bigger restaurant in canastota ( La Bamba MTZ ). This is a smaller mostly to go restaurant but they have tables and you are welcome to stay and eat. The family that owns it is so friendly, although there aren’t many workers there it’s because it’s a small family business. The food is really really good and it’s definitely more authentic Mexican food. They are happy to substitute items within the menu whenever. One review stated the food is not made there and that is incorrect as I’ve seen them grill my steak when I went right after it opened. Highly reccomended this small gem in Manlius!!“

“Slightly star struck 🤩 as we just met the woman behind ElleRae’s Tacos. My family loves the quesadillas and the tacos—which bring us straight back to the San Francisco Yay Areaaaa when we dig in! “Ordered hummus and a falafel sandwich tonight with no sauce ( can’t have dairy). Very accommodating to dietary needs. Everyone there are so friendly and it’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Food was excellent! Hummus has what I think is some sort of cucumber, cilantro mince on top and it has a little touch of heat to it. ( not spicy at all just super flavorful) the sandwich was awesome! Super fresh vegetables in it and the falafel was nice and soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The perfect bite! Can’t wait to go back and try their smoothies!“
