Awful. The order was completely wrong. I paid extra for items that wer left out of the order. What I did receive was disgusting and fell apart when I picked it up.

By far the sorriest place I've been in! Between the Fire alarm system going off and workers ignoring it and the lack of care for the place period. Dirty beyond belief and no one in a rush to clean or care for the place. And them being out of everything and in no rush to try and fulfill any orders that the customers actually wanted. I'll never come here again!

Decent amount of parking. Tucked away at the corner in the same small plaza as Ulta. Friendly service and decent portion size, but they probably should have 2 people working the ingredient line instead of just one.

Don’t order through the app, you’ll be waiting 20-30 minutes past order time with no one at the store even telling you what’s going on. Much faster to just order in person

This has to be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Chipotle as a brand is a go to for our family if we need a fast food option as we enjoy the vegetarian choices. Our server was so busy talking to a delivery person she could barely be bothered to take our orders. She literally slopped the ingredients into our burrito bowls. The presentation was so messy and unappetizing. The kicker was she forgot to pack the burrito we paid for and didn’t realize it until we were 15 minutes away at a picnic table in the park. I literally work 15 minutes away and would never order from there again. What a disappointment and disaster.

I took a chance going to this location because I wasn’t near my regular chipotle in Kisco. My goodness…this place is red flags personified. The tables were filthy, the pick up area was right on top of the food prep area and the ice machine for fountain drinks was not working. Fast forward, food was horrible. There was basically just rice in my bowl, there was a scoop of beans in there that I did not order, a few pieces of chicken, and some wilted onion. My mother tried the guac and queso and said both tasted terrible. I will listen to the reviews next time. The only saving grace was that the girl who handed me my food was nice…
My order was wrong. Ordered pickup and grabbed the bag with my name. The burrito had the wrong ingredients and was also half the size of the last time I ordered. If a burrito is $13 at least get the ingredients right and make it a consistent size. Zero effort from the employees here. And when I show my order was wrong I get offered a $2 drink coupon rather than my money back. Zero quality control or customer service

The customer service is okay I guess depending on who it is that’s serving you. I had a nice young lady serve me and acknowledge me as a customer. The only con I Can say is that there was no space to eat due to the uncleanliness of the seats and tables. They were dirty with food every where. Would have been nice to sit down at the restaurant to enjoy the delicious food that was greatly prepared for me. But other than that. My experience was great.

No steak, no white rice and missing multiple sauces from the counter. The guy had an attitude and was very slow at making the food, despite his slowness the burrito was wrapped in a messy way. My meat was cold, and my sister’s rice was cold.
