im visiting the town and i went there today and got my normal frozen yogurt order, there was no testing spoon or anything and i didn’t expect anything to taste weird. once i had checked out ($13) i tasted the yogurt and it tasted sour like how yogurt tasted when its bad. so i go up to the counter and ask if maybe i could get something else because it tasted sour and the lady who seemed like the owner said no to the employee i was talking to. i tried to finish it because it was 13 dollars and i didn’t wanna waste my money but it was awful. now my stomach does hurt so idk just thought i’d say something

Won’t let an adult have a small taste before choosing a flavor? Won’t let you apply your own toppings and then will make you feel bad about asking for more — when you charge by weight so will get paid anyway? Plus they are a bit rude. There are other yogurt-by-weight places. Meh.

I always want to like this place but the service is just so bad. They are just always so rude and make your presence feel like a bother. They keep the spoons and lids behind the counter but make you wait behind a long line to get them. It seems like they are too cheap to allow people access to spoons and lids, but their product is not cheap. I’d expect to at least be able to grab an extra spoon or lid if my toddler drops one on the floor. After going at least a half a dozen times and really trying to like this place, I think I finally just have to admit it’s horrible

I had a bad experience at Go Greenly Scarsdale. I ordered a Beet red juice and sat with my friend that had Bubble tea. I had to ask for them to remake my drink because it was made with so much crushed ice that I couldn’t taste the drink. The second cup of beet red juice tasted similar to an Apple, beet and juice with ginger that I would purchase elsewhere but after drinking it while at the establishment, I started to feel like I was going to vomit and I got up and vomitted in front of the bathroom because the door was locked. The staff did not ask me if I was ok when I got out the bathroom nor did they refund my drink. I don’t have food allergies so I am concerned that something wasn’t fresh in my drink. I won’t because I don’t think the service reflects poor business standards. Always make sure the customer is satisfied!!!!

Decent frozen yogurt and ice cream. Friend got what’s in the picture : peach, with mango jelly on top, very creamy and good. My other friend got pistachio, was good but not authentic pistachio. And i got chocolate and Brooklyn cheesecake mixed with strawberries and brownie bits. Ate it before I could think to take a picture 😭

Service is really great, the ice is the best part. Loved it, will come back again.
Although the prices are a bit too high, I have always had good experiences in this store. The froyo always tastes delicious, the toppings appear fresh, and the cashiers are very often super nice! Sure, there are some flaws, but that’s what makes this business seem more like it’s run by actual human beings rather than by robots.
Kid-friendliness: They are always really kind to the kids who come in here after school or just as a hang out.

I was a long time customer of go greenly since they were in tuckahoe and when they had a location on central in Yonkers… I went to their location in Tarry town with my sister in law who was visiting NY all the way from California.. We got her daughter a Oreo boba and she really disliked the taste.. When we expressed this to the older lady behind the counter she said that it’s not her fault and would not let us change it. She was very rude and was not professional at all. Go Greenly needs to do better with who they hire. Poor customer service

horrible customer service mean staff, i ordered a cookies and cream boba for my daughter and 2 frozen yogurts for my friend and i. my daughter didn’t like the cookies and cream boba as it tasted weird to her i tried to exchange it for another one and the chinese/asian lady said no we don’t do that i said my daughter doesn’t like the drink as my daughter was very upset i then asked if i can order another drink and she can give me a discount cause my daughter wanted another drink she said yes and tried to give trick me into thinking she gave me a discount and gave me same price i then denied her and threw the boba in the trash my daughter was very sad never will i come to to this place and recommend to anyone !!!!

Froyo tasted like lighter fluid. I got the toasted marshmallow flavor, and the aftertaste didn't go away for hours.
I got 2 small portions, and it came to over $15. Definitely not worth it.
The location is good, and staff is decent. A local ice cream shop would be better in my opinion.
