I always viewed Harper’s as a solid restaurant that had avoided the downfall (in my opinion) of other restaurants in the Westchester area and beyond whose new owners come in and raise the prices and give you less. Sadly, Harper’s has fallen. I ordered my go-to duck dish and was so disappointed that at over $40 came with 3 small duck pieces (slightly undercooked) and with underwhelming couscous at the center. We recently hosted a birthday luncheon for my mom on the back patio. The space was private and beautiful, the food was very good, the servers were attentive and we didn’t feel rushed. Thank you for a great experience!
incredible meal, great atmosphere & convivial service. what more do you want? had the beef wellington and it was exceptional. my wife had the duck and it was also the best duck we’ve had.
