I forgot his name, but we had the absolute best server. We always have him and we always ask for him and he always takes such good care of us.

Have been many times in Lombardo's, usually very good, but this time we had some disappointment. They were not particularly crowded (Sat ~5pm), but servicer was very slow, the pizza was cold as well as the fried burrata. Hopefully was a one-off.

We made a reservation for outdoor dining. We were told when we arrived that the manager was no longer allowing outdoor dining. There was no reason given. The weather was clear and no rain in the forecast.

Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Lots of choices on the menu and food and drinks were really great. It's about 90 mins away for us but worthy of return visits.

The food is always fine. The service was not great. We came early at 6:15 nobody came to take our order for a while then we ordered and it took an hour to get our food and we had three kids just waiting for pasta with butter. Another table who came in after us got their food before us. Then once we got food it took us asking 4 different people to get cheese for our dishes. Then we ordered ice cream for the 5 year old and they didn't bring any spoons for her to eat with. This restaurant needs to be better staffed for a busy Saturday night.

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, it did not live up to them. The food, while not bad, was far from the flavorful experience I had anticipated. The dishes lacked the taste and seasoning I expected, and overall, the meal was quite underwhelming compared to other similar places.

On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which certainly helped improve the experience. They were attentive and eager to make sure we were comfortable, which made the visit more enjoyable despite the food falling short.

One downside, however, was the parking situation. It was quite difficult to find a spot, and we had to circle around for a while before we could park. This could be a hassle, especially during peak hours.

Additionally, I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to other restaurants offering similar food. Given the experience, I would have expected better value for money.

Overall, while the service was commendable, I can’t say I would return for the food. There are other places offering similar dishes at a better price and with better flavor.

I ate here twice over a 3 week stay. I enjoyed the meat lasagna and the fettuccine alfredo. I loved the alfredo so much I ordered it again 4 days later with the grilled chicken. Unfortunately my chicken was completely unseasoned and dry as a bone, so I ate the noodles only. I really wanted salmon instead of chicken anyway but it wasn't an option on the take out menu.

Our waiter at the bar was so inattentive by the time I had eaten my salad and decided I didn’t like it. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for him to come back for me to tell him that I didn’t enjoy it but then the person I came with, had already finished their food.

I gave them a second shot today in order to steak entrée that came with a side salad that was iceberg lettuce why bother having three dollar signs if you’re gonna use one $ ingredients?

We've eaten at Lombardo's many times and always enjoy our meal. The wait staff was very attentive and my Bronzino with a side of broccoli rabe was delicious and plentiful. The noise level was quiet on a Sunday night. Saturdays and Fridays the noise level is more energetic. Located across from Look cinema, it's a perfect after movie go to.

We sat there on a Tuesday afternoon. Restaurant was just about a quarter full. The server did not greet our table until 15 minutes later. We ordered couple of appetizers, and lunch specials. I ordered the chicken francese with Alfredo sauce. The chicken was rubbery, hard to chew, just very poor execution of this dish which I have gotten in many Italian restaurants and you should be able to cut with your fork. My friend ordered the chicken parmigiana with pasta. Again their complaint at our table was the chicken, how rubbery, and chewy, very hard to eat. I thought it was just my dish, and I had the misfortune of getting a poorly prepared chicken dish. However my other two guest that the same experience, this is no coincidence. Someone should teach their chef the way to properly prepare chicken going forward. Hope you don’t get anyone sick with undercooked chicken, or plainly delivering poorly prepared chicken dishes. I truly hope service gets friendlier and better, and food preparation of most important. I would over look the poor service all around, however the food just doesn’t cut it.
