This place is like a hidden camera prank show, I order a drink it’s made wrong they say “I can’t take it back” meanwhile they literally just handed it to me I didn’t even drink it immediately said it’s wrong and offered the ingredients in a cup. I just don’t know why they have to check if they have the syrup for every order they take through drive thru. I’ve gone 3 times in two weeks and every time I order I have to stay at the speaker until they check to see if they have the syrup for my coffee. And then I can pull forward to the window.

I made a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes. This happens almost every time I order from this location. You will wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your drink. The line for the drive-thru blocks the parking lot for the businesses sharing the building. I travel for work and have been to several Starbucks locations across the nation and this is the worst one by far. They need another location close to here to share the customer load.
