This has to be the worst DD,I have ever been to, terrible coffee, midnight coffee is NEVER brewed, 10:am no coffee?? Messed up an order for just a cup of coffee...let alone terrible customer service, no, can I help you...no smile... short on help. Do not use the drive thru.... SLOW!!! Just terrible!!!!!!

Been going to this dunkin everyday for almost 2 years. Very friendly and efficient staff. Also this is the only location ive been to so far that makes my iced latte correctly all other locations its warm at the bottom and barely any ice in it.

Some of the workers are great and nice. But at night. They should just close early because they literally tell you they have nothing available. Thursday night 8pm, "we're all out of bagels and croissants, and let me tell you my eggs are all frozen".
Idk if that's the manager or a worker but I bet the owner would be disappointed that they turn away customers.
Went on a weekend morning and the girls inside were very nice. - the only reason it's getting 3 stars

This is the worst DDs I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the only one nearby.. they are constantly out of items so when you place an order online that you pay ahead for, you never receive all the items so you either go without or pick something else which is very limited. Mobile orders are never there waiting for you even if you order 15 minutes ahead so you need to tell them your order inside, then they make it.

A friend and I stopped here 4/4/24 at 1:00 for coffee. The young woman who took our order could not tell us the Senior discount policy, answering, "It's either 10% or 20% off". My friend had ordered before me and paid full price. When I asked I got 10% off. My friend asked if she could get the discount and was denied. My issue is not about the few cents discount; it is about employees not knowing basic information about store policy.
