On 10/18/2023 at 2:30pm I decided to go through the Dover Dunkin Drive Through. I simply wanted a coffee and while getting on the drive through line there was all this ruckus and chaos. The lady was threatening to fight someone in the car in front of me. She ran outside and chased the car while screaming. I then had to reassure my kids that everything is okay. I don’t know why this Dunkin has and or hires many unprofessional employees and feels the need to keep them around to hurt their name. Hopefully, this gets resolved and we can have our business be polite, respectful and back to how it’s supposed to be. Kids these days, have absolutely no work ethic or professionalism.

I think they smoke in this location. My food and coffee smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was really bad.

I ordered an iced latte on the mobile app. Seeing I work at the EMS agency across the parking lot, it took me less than a minute to walk across the parking lot to the store. I stood inside for 30 minutes but my drink was never made. Nor did any employee talk to me. The floors looked like they haven't been mopped in days. I looked over the counter to see if anyone was working on my drink, and saw filthy counters, covered in spilled coffee, crumbs, and dust. I can't even describe how gross it looked. Made me not even want a drink from there anyway. After 30 minutes of being ignored, I left without the drink I had already paid for.

Haven’t had Double Ds for a while …but I must say I’m happy I choose this one , on this day. The coffee was what I remembered of it from the early days ??

I almost always mobile order pick up, but everyone is always super nice and always knows who I am before I even pull up ?
I ordered a dozen donuts and one of my favorite donuts is the vanilla cream with power sugar so I ordered 4 of them .. I was so disappointed when I got them there was little to no vanilla cream inside maybe a half teaspoon worth.. Therefore I won't be ordering delivery again from this Dunkin donuts better to go to Lagrange one.Kid-friendliness: The Uber driver was nice

There is this employee, I believe his name is Michael Tompkins, and he is responsible for this poor review. Every time I order he attempts to make small talk at the window as well as using profanities, I believe this is because he thinks we are friends and I let this slide a few times but lately he has been slow on getting my order out and lately he has been messing up my orders more frequently.

By far the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in . The workers touch food with their bare hands and the manager does as well. They keep cleaning products around all of their food and drinks. None of the machines are cleaned properly and they will serve you coffee with grounds. As a person with an inside scoop , the manager sells spoiled products and even products dropped on the floor . The manager will sell days old hard bagels and thinks it’s okay.This place needs to be shut down or a new manager/crew put in that actually cares about what’s being sold to their customers. Poor excuse of customer service and management.

The Dover plains Dunkin is awesome. What a great friendly staff and service. We talked for about 10 mins. The manager is a sweetheart and loved a story she told me. Definitely going there again. Highly recommended!!
