Slow service, making me pay for food I already paid for over the app all over again for no reason, out of all the McDonalds there are this is by far the worst one just came here for a quick lunch, food wasn’t the best

Drive thru was easy after using the app for the first time to get some free food. Hot fresh fries and nuggets! Just like I remembered them—it’s been a long time.

Highly automated, with kiosks on site taking orders, which are bussed to tables identified by signs with embedded radio trackers. One can also pre-order through McD's app. Clean bathroom and dining area, but very drafty. Even the cashier close to the kitchen is wearing a jacket, so it is uncomfortable to come out of the cold, into the cold. The chow itself is fine for fast-food. Several picnic tables in season.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes to pick up a doordash order and not one person even acknowledged me.
Went through the drive thru, they told me I needed to go inside. So I just left.
I don't understand? Do I have to do these people's jobs for them or are they just that stupid?
