I've owned a small home in Dover Plains for 6 years. I've been a frequent customer of the Dover Plains McDonalds store the whole 6 years, but Grubhub delivers their food to my home. On December 31, 2025, i walked in to this McDonalds on Route 22, clean, groomed, and well dressed, and explained to a young male counter employee that i would soon order a big meal, and eat it there, but first I urgently needed to use their free public WIFI, for ten or 15 minutes, and then i would order a big meal. I further explained to the young man that i was having a temporary glitch with my phone's normal internet service provider. The young male counter employee told me, explicity, that the Dover Plains McDonalds no longer offers free public WIFI. Well I sat down and checked this using my phone, and i was quickly able to login to McDonalds free public WIFI.

I had an excellent experience at McDonald’s! The staff was friendly and fast, my order came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The fries were perfectly crisp, the burger was made just right, and I loved how quick the service was even during a busy time. Consistency is what keeps me coming back—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, McDonald’s always delivers exactly what I’m craving. Great value, great taste, and a reliable spot every time!

We made an order and the person packing gave us twice the items. The cashier came and told us that they made a mistake. We agreed she told the manager and they placed the food back to give to another customer. After we opened the bag. They should have thrown away the food.
Slow....typical McDonald's. Not the workers fault.
