Manager insisted we ordered 2 fries instead of fried and apple slices for my daughters happy meal. He said no you ordered fries no salt but ill just give them to you(weird he remembered they werent supposed to have salt yet they were salted). Proceeded to dig his hand in the box to take out the extra fry. Really wish he would have just checked the reciept to see we did indeed order apple slices instead of accusing us of being in the wrong. Photo of my reciept included.This was our first bad experience from a bunch of visits so we will keep going but hopefully the manager realized his mistake and can do better moving foward.

Young cranky girl taking orders n $ watch how she over charges...and argues with you. Med soda 2.04 give her 2.10 she will say it's actually 2.96 soo. give her another dollar. She just got 3.10 and you get 4 cents back. Omg.

The management here are jerks. There is one guy who always looks pissed and is entirely unfriendly. I had an issue with their app a while back where I was charged $20 for a cheeseburger (turns out I wound up paying for someone else's order). The food is way too expensive now, and the sodas are no longer $1. I think McDonald's has forgotten that they are the cheap option and that's why people go there.

Very sad, they wouldn't make a chicken big Mac because "they don't have a button for it". So sad how people are incompetent and customer service is no longer available. They literally just needed to put two chicken patties on instead of beef and they couldn't handle that.
Best McdDonalds I’ve ever been to The vibes here are immaculate I would 100% drive out of my way to come here just to sit and talk to folks I had a very pleasant meal and stay at the Dover McDonalds really happy Sunday God bless
