I Am not really a breakfast person but would rather have a sándwich at 9 or 10 in the morning and the hours say open at 9 and the open sign is on but the door is always locked and they are making the bread for the sandwiches at that time. Do they not get there early enough to make the bread to open at 9 and be able to serve customers

One star because I can't select zero stars. My coworkers and I decided to give this Subway another try after not going since the last bad experience we had a few years ago. Silly us. It's only gotten worse over the years.
It's dirty (clean the fans guys, 2 inches of dust on the blades isn't supposed to be there), the veggies are rotten and the service was trash. Never again.

I havnt been to the subway in dover in a good 3 years because I got food poisoning from them. Well last night I made the mistake of giving it a second chance thinking it's 3 years later so they have to have gotten better. WRONG WRONG WRONG. since 1:30 am I have been sick with food poisoning. Never again with subway especially dovers location.

I ordered an all American club sandwich and the quality of the food was terrible. I use to work at a Subway and the food and bread tastes horrible now. Then I was the only one in the store then an old white man came in after me and while my sandwich was in the oven and the woman quickly started making his sandwich (must’ve been a regular)… but the thing that was crazy to me was that the woman told another cashier “can you ring him up because I’ll be done his sandwich before I’m finished that black customer”… not cool. However I still paid for that nasty sandwich and the cashier act like she didn’t know she didn’t give me my $0.13 cent change, but I stood there until she gave it to me. Racist, poor customer service, and nasty food. I’m done with Subway all together. 👎🏾

Great kid that works weekends and they make great sandwiches
When we place an order online, we pick up and bring home and our hot sandwiches are ice cold to the point where the shredded cheese isnt even melted. I literally live 2 mins a way. Also when we order inside the workers could at least have a personality and smile instead of being monotoned

The difference in prices between this location and the Subway in Pleasant Valley is insane. Certain footlong subs are over $5 less here, and they don’t skimp on the meat and toppings. Very clean and they stay open until 9 during the week. I would choose this particular location over PV, Poughkeepsie, or Lagrangeville.

Ordered on the mobile app- a Chicken Bacon Ranch protein bowl, Deluxe- it had no bacon and no dressing. $2 charge for Deluxe which is extra protein, in this case chicken and bacon. A disappointing lunch.
