Started putting things on the sandwich I didn't order. Got upset when I corrected her. Barely any meat was placed on the sandwich.

Ordered on the mobile app- a Chicken Bacon Ranch protein bowl, Deluxe- it had no bacon and no dressing. $2 charge for Deluxe which is extra protein, in this case chicken and bacon. A disappointing lunch.

Woman who works behind the counter is not only rude but started telling me how all the police in town pull people over for no reason. (No one asked) it was cringey and she always acts like it's a hassle to help you. I usually order online and when she is there you rarely even get a hello. Plenty of places to get a sandwich that are better and more friendly.

I use to frequent this restaurant often but this new owner does not honor the national Subway specials. Subway has buy one get one free advertisements but this restaurant won't honor the specials They limit the get one free with a pepperoni hero and one other cheap sandwich. When I asked why the server said this restaurant can't afford to honor the Subway advertisement specials. If they can't afford to run a legit business they need to get out of the business. For that reason, I refuse to give them my business.
Why should I have to carry my food and other things I bought to my car without a bag? How did u run out and why wasnt it displayed on window. the manager should be on top of things like this!
