Hubby and I stopped here for dinner last night ( 2/18/23). We had the sweetest waitress ever! She also made the best Dirty martinis!! The food was freshly made and so good! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! We loved learning the history of the area as well! Thank you so very much!

Wow we are new to Dresden and this place is awesome all around, the food is excellent and reasonable on the prices, and the place is very clean ...I strongly suggest EVERYONE to go there ,and if you're a little ways away its worth the drive!!! We WILL BE BACK!!!

Looks a bit rough on the outside, but a very cute quaint place on the inside. It has a very nice bar area and the home style food is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable for the area.
The Dresden Hotel is a must stop for food and/or drinks whenever driving through, passing by, getting near, or simply thinking of the Dresden or Finger Lakes area! A lovely local restaurant and bar featuring a fully stocked bar, extremely knowledgeable bartender, pool sharks, a piano, and great company. Reading this review right now looking for a place to eat and/or drink in the area? Stop reading and just go here for a great local time and good food! And finally- calling all Ohioans who know what Skyline Chili is... they have it HERE! Truly enjoyed the entire experience and people at the Dresden Hotel and will make it a point to stop here our next time through the Finger Lakes!

I am afraid to even write a review about this place because it truly is a "sleeper" find. I don't want anyone else to find out about it! Great food with that old time atmosphere inside. We got there early around 6:00pm. Its late Fall and it was dark outside. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 2 for the outside. But don't let that stop you! The inside is warm and inviting but the outside is rough. We were the first car in the parking lot. It was dark and not well lit.The owners greeted us and gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the main floor. The place is immaculately clean. They have a ballroom and a kitchen that can host up to 250 people! There is a ton of history in this place.If you are on a wine tour of Seneca Lake this should be your final stop so you can have dinner! Walter Taylor used to come here and trade artwork for dinner!The chef (owner) takes great pride in his servings. They also have a small wine wall (about the size of an armour) where you can choose a fine bottle of wine (from $30 to $150!). Excellent selections. Or, just have the daily house wine..All-in-all, a great place that you would never expect to find. Tell your limo driver! "We have to stop here!"

Best food and wonderful service. A hidden gem that should be more advertised for a nice dinner with terrific atmosphere and quaint qualities. The owners are very involved with all events.. if you need an easy job...APPLY....LOVE THIS PLACE.
