Was advertised less than 24 hrs ago to be open until 9 for New Year’s Eve and counted on that and called 3x a little after 8 to have “a manager” finally answer and tell me they are slow so they are closing early. Umm, don’t advertise you will be open late on New Year’s Eve and then shut down early! 2026 weekly pizza will be from your competitor for this household and as many others that I can share. Not cool.

Disappointed. I ordered a salad with no Tomatoes and EXTRA onions. I got no onions. Please pay attention to detail, especially when the restaurant was NOT busy and there were 3 employees.

I love the pizza, but I can't order it most of the time. They close at 9 pm but stop taking any orders at least 8 pm. When you want to pick up a pizza on the way home from work at 8:30 your out of luck. I understand you need to shut down the kitchen, so change your hours of operation to 8pm then.

Extremely delicious pizza roll. Only thing is the peppers could've been roasted before however thats my fault for not asking for it, would highly recommend.

We've now ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with garlic knots 4-5 times--and it's always great. The garlic knots are excellent. And the pizza is definitely the most consistent option in the area--it's cooked all the way through and has a good ratio of cheese to sauce. (We have not had better pizza in the Cortland.)

Also shout out to the three teenage girls who are often working and killing it 👏👏

Bland crust the pizza sauce was also bland and there was barely any sauce on my pizza

First time getting pizza here. I had a gift certificate for a free large two topping pizza. The crust is very bland, barely any pizza sauce on it. The sauce I could taste, was nothing special. Way too much cheese not enough toppings. I got the meatball and pineapple toppings, honestly like chewing rubber. I do not not recommend this pizza to anyone. Glad I didn't pay for it, I would have asked for a refund. Place looks run down, the bathroom was old looking and dirty.

Humbled one!

THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE RUDE TO COSTUMERS. I COULDN'T ORDER A PIZZA WITH ONLY HALF MUSHROOMS. THE WOMEN SAID THEY DON'T DO THAT. I TOLD HER I WOULD PAY FOR THE WHOLE PIZZA TO HAVE MUSHROOMS, BUT SHE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ITHACA. MY FAMILY AGREES WITH ME THAT IF YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR PIZZA THE WAY YOU WANT IT. CARROZZA'S SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

I paid almost $50 for the wrong pizza and dry garlic knots. I should have checked the box before I left, that's on me I suppose. We ordered a large meat lovers and what I opened the box to was a pepperoni pizza that looked very small. The pizza tasted frozen and the garlic knots were served with spaghetti sauce. Their food actually made me feel sick. The staff was very nice though
