Simply awful, wait time is excessive for a Dunkin in a small town with no customers, quality is never consistent or acceptable. Save some money and go across the street to get gas station coffee

I am a frequent DD guest and I try all of them between Ithaca NY and cortland NY. This one rocks. Especially the one woman- I will update it with her name-she is older with short white hair and glasses. She is kind, polite, and efficient. Always has a smile and she seems to treat her fellow employees the same. To be honest a lot of DDs these days have horrendous customer service. But I have only had good experiences here! And that's the rest of the employees there as well. Thank you!!

I am a very frequent customer at this Dunkin. Katlyn, Cindy, and a few others ALWAYS ensure that I have a fast and pleasant service. A few weeks ago I went into this store and one of the managers, Cory was yelling at her employees while the store was full of customers. Today I went in to the store, Katlyn saw me walk in, and went right over to get my food. Cory started yelling right at Katlyn and told her to back away and that is her space. Cory continued to keep yelling (the whole time, Katlyn remained calm and professional). This is not how to treat employees or how you should act in a professional setting. Mind you, Cory was missing part of my food and yet blamed Katlyn. I am so disappointed in Cory!

I go to this Dunkin pretty frequently and have almost always had a good experience! The times that I eat in with my little ones the staff are always understanding and patient with them. The only downside is that there is no changing table which I would have needed on several occasions.
