A little slow and wish the drive through had more excitement

Hit or miss. Only a few actually understand how to make a drink. Extremely long waits during slow times. Constantly mixing up orders and pricing is all over the place for the same order. I want to be nice here, hence the 3 star rating but this is absolute chaos for a Dunkin. If it wasn’t for the few good employees who are occasionally there, it would have been a 1 star.

A good place for coffee and muffins! If you get decaf coffee I would get a decaf mocha iced with a chocolate muffin!

I came through at the last minute and the were still really nice and made me a grilled cheese 5 minutes before close when most would've told me no way. They made my night! Very nice workers. Dunkin makes a really good grilled cheese by the way, I love them. & these new iced lemon loafs they have? Omg I love them so much.

There were 2 people running the whole place. We went inside instead of going through the drive thru. They were more concerned with drive thru. We waited a good 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were waiting. Then we waited another 10 minutes for 3 drinks, while the person behind us bought numerous gift cards.

I ordered an iced chai and ended up with an iced coffee mixed with chai. I HATE coffee so it was disgusting. My husband ordered an iced caramel coffee, they forgot to put the caramel in it. 0/2. Unfortunately we had an appointment to get to so we didn't have time to go back and ask for it to be corrected. $10+ down the drain for two sips and tossing the rest. Shouldn't have even tried to treat ourselves.

They took our 3 person order and didn’t have 80% of what we ordered. A total disgrace of a Dunkin’. From a quality control standpoint absolutely shameful. Waited 10 mins to be told we don’t have what you paid for, not even a sorry for waisting your time. When I asked for a refund the woman being abrasive and unaware of their own corporate policy on refunds.

I ordered a Chai Coolata and it didn't have enough chai. I used to be a barista, so I know my drinks.They're busy and way understaffed on the busiest day of the week. People were overall blasé.The customers were waiting for a while for their orders. Meanwhile, they were just starting to get restless and stare each other down.The gent who waited on me was excellent and deserves a raise!! He had a register question about how to properly process my drink. The other employees were flippant and seemed to make him over apologizing for being new. Someone more experienced should have been coaching him.I can say the headlights were good.The worst was the women's room had no toilet paper or paper towels at all I should state the hand dryer. Still...There should have been extra rolls in the bathroom and even better than that is the staff should have been constantly checking in. Only God knows when it happened and how frequently they checked it and rectified it.I reminded him that he needed to serve me and take care of the situation. He looked overwhelmed and under supported.I was there for a while, but everyone else shuffled the bathroom and made it gender neutral; it shouldn't have been that way.That was personally embarrassing and I had to drive to Syracuse very carefully...This franchisee needs help. The best part of my experience was headlight and then I did a Craigslist pick up in the parking lot; my only reason for being there.Sad situation for a Dunkin if I have to categorize it. I will not be back!
