Went for breakfast using mobile ap. Coffee was cold and when I complained the server said that's how it is. Was down the road before discovering the bagel sandwich was wrong.

Night time Manager( fat guy ) is an absolute disgusting vile pig! I wouldn’t feed the food to a raccoon! He does unmentionable things to your food, has his co-worker( very homely girl) do the same! Had to see it to actually believe it! Toss right in the garbage.
Pick food from a dumpster is a better option….
Avoid this train wreck place like the plague!!!

It was a 40 minute wait to get our food from purchase to handing us our order. There were only 3 people ahead of us, the order was for a Big Mac, 2 cheeseburgers and some McNuggets, no way that should take 40 minutes.

Took nearly 15 minutes just to order- and then nearly 20 minutes to get food. Only 2 people working. Avoid at all cost until management actually begins to manage this restaurant. Really despicable!

Waited 5 mins at counter before while worker was busy texting. Waited 25 mins for my food while workers texted laughed and complained about having to do their job. 3 separate times other orders had to wait for fries to be made while workers played on their phones. After 30 minutes I asked when the food will be ready....again they said no fries. After 35 minutes we had our food.....but it was wrong. After 40 minutes we had all our food....but my fry carton wasn't even 1/3 of the way full. I asked for a fill up but again they said I would have to wait.......as there were still no fries made.

One of the worst spots to go to. You’ll wait 40 minutes for a simple meal. My food was old and crusty, they’re not using anything fresh. Save your time and go to cortland if you want McDonald’s.

We tried to get lunch today, tried being the key word. I wasn't sure if anyone was actually working but apparently there was 1 employee somewhere in the back. There was garbage all over the floor and food all over the counters in the prep area. There were a lot of flies. Kiosks weren't working. Drive thru cars were not getting service either, many just driving away. We chose to leave instead of risking getting sick if we actually did end up ever getting to order food.

I have never in my life gone to a drive thru window and be told “I’ll be right with you as soon as I can”. This is NOT service and I took this to mean that whatever the person on the window was doing was way more important than serving myself and the customers behind me. After waiting for more than 5 minutes we were about to pull off when the worker finally answered. Y’all gotta do better!

I ordered a hashbrown and 2 mcgriddles. I did not receive the hash brown after waiting for 20 minutes for our order to come out. I thought "no big deal. I'll just ask" they ignored my at the counter for an additional 20 minutes, then when I asked about it, they did nothing. No refund. No hashbrown. Nothing. The staff are incompetent and don't care at all. Mind you. I was not rude. I did not yell. Simply asked about the stupid side. Don't go here unless you want to wait an hour for an order a toddler can complete in 5 minutes.
