We waited in the drive thru for twenty minutes. We didn't get our whole order. I went to correct it and asked if he was the only working to find out there only three Employees in the store. It is not first time I have gotten lousy service at this store

How does it stay opened? You’ll be very lucky to even have someone serve you (or unlucky, however you want to look at it). Or they’ll come after waiting 10 minutes and say “one moment” and not come back. Everything is always cold. Workers standing around doing nothing while you wait. Place is filthy and there’s videos on FB of mice scurrying around. In the history of McDonalds…this is the one to avoid. Shut this place down.

Sun Feb 11th 3.24pm, I used the kiosk to order, it took 20 plus mins, before the one discrental lady, came to take my cash, obviously she looked unhappy, probably from not being able to manage, the food was cold in the middle, I ordered a medium tea, the cup was medium but with water of a small cup, whether the Addition of adding these kiosks has caused this poor service, I don't know, but will strongly recommend avoiding this place, one should never pay for this service

Updated January 2024:It took 20 minutes to get my mobile order. The drive through was swamped. When I called, the poor worker was in tears because she was the only worker. ? She deserves a raise if she's doing the work of 3 people!

Went thru the drive thru, ordered 3 frost boxes(2 nugget and a big mac) and 2 happy meals...after repeating the order 2 times and she still couldn't get it right, we get to the first window...ask her if it was the frost boxes she says the nuggets and big Mac all come in a box...second window try to tell the second girl it's supposed to be 3 frost boxes and 2 happy meals total, she gets the manager...she refunds the big Mac and changed it to a frost box but doesn't even give me the fries I'm supposed to get but makes sure to charge me the 6 dollar difference...3 people were told and still couldn't fix the order correctly! Worst customer service of any mcdonalds I've ever been to

I went to the delivery window trying to order a number 7 with no meat. Yes, weird request but I am a vegetarian and use the fries as the "meat". Whoever was working just now caught a pure attitude with us. Will not be coming back to this location.
