The two girls at the Ellis Dr. Subway were an absolute hoot. They made me a great sandwich while cleaning and doing the work grind. They were down to earth, hard working, and entertaining. They deserve a promotion. I will be returning for another sandwich asap!

Staff was very unkind and short. Never addressed me as a customer. I stated that the lettuce looked brown and wild and instead of changing it the guy just stood there. When you can get all the veggies ya want and I go without because the lettuce is wilted that's not good business. I ordered the Philly with just peppers and 3-4 strands of peppers were thrown on the sub. The cheese tastes like melted plastic(pepper jack) it cost me $15 for 2 half subs - I will not return to this subway again - Dryden do better.

Apparently subway is using flatbread instead of wraps? I ordered through the app and the picture looked like an actual wrap. Instead I got a flatbread roll where a good amount of food just spilled out everywhere ?♂️ won't be ordering wraps from subway anymore

I was treated most disrespectfully by both ladies who were there. Rude, interrupting, eating food while talking to me, laughed at their disrespect toward me, arrogant, dismissed their extreme unprofessionalism, and did not care how their behavior was or how it affected me or my young son. The one attendant could not handle her rude behavior being addressed respectfully and chucked the food I ordered in the garbage. Reports have been made and filed.

Dirty, not fresh. Staff will prioritize online orders while you are in the store waiting to order. Floors and counters are perpetually dirty. Lack of gloves is disturbing. Also, since when does subway cost $20???

I have no complains about this restaurant. I placed my order in the app right in the parking lot. (This is because I forgot my bank card at home) I waited only a few minutes went in and my food was ready. Fast and friendly service. The girls working were very nice and ready to assist.

I experienced unprofessional customer service in Dryden, NY. The first thing the worker Nina said when I came in was “you’re going to have to wait at least 10 minutes because I have online orders I have to get done”. She was very rude about it and didn’t greet me kindly. I understood that she had other orders to get done first and I was patient. It was the fact that she was being very unprofessional and disrespectful to her coworker that made me leave. She kept telling her coworker to hurry up what she was doing because she was in her way. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes she made 3 disrespectful comments to the other worker.
