Steak was dry...especially for a Medium Rare order. Service was great and they did give me half off my meal for the dry steak. Everything else was good.

My family and I went to Applebee's the day before Veterans Day. Overhearing a conversation between a server and the manager about how busy it was, one of the wait staff stated "God, I hate Veterans Day". The manager laughed it off and was like mmhmm. Now, I understand that this is a busy day for the staff, and as a Veteran, I appreciate everything servers do. But, overhearing someone say they hate Veterans Day, just because they have to sacrifice that extra work one day out of the year for those that gave much many years, disgusted me. I think this young person should sit and listen to some of the horror that many Veterans had to deal with, before claiming you hate a certain day.

food was disgusting, fries basically raw. waitress didn’t know how to use handheld POS system after saying she worked there for 3 years. used the bathroom and there was a poop handprint on the wall… i can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. manager present was a woman who seemed extremely stressed and in over her head

I went to Applebee's a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend. The waitress was barely at our table when we were there. When we finished she charged me for a 105 dollar check when ours was 54 dollars. THEN she CHARGED ME AGAIN. for our 54 dollar check. When I called they said they couldn't do anything about it. Never going back<3
