a wonderful place to go with a wide variety of ice cream, gelato, soft serve and custard. the staff is kind and friendly. we always go out here for our family get-togethers for dessert.

The only negative I have about Big Dipper were the floors. They needed a better job of cleaning and sweeping. Otherwise, the ice cream was (and always has been) great! The service was equally great!

Kid-friendliness: Well displayed ice cream and gelato. There were big pictures of the sundaes and specials, making it easy for kids to pick what they want.

This place has gone down hill. Ive always loved their strawberry/banana smoothies so my daughter and I come out regularly, every season, from 40 minutes away, but the last couple times they have tasted like pure vanilla ice cream with milk. Since I dont enjoy wasting time or money i went back in this time and nicely asked them to add more strawberry flavor as it tasted like pure dairy, and i was looked at like I was insane and told no because i had already taken a sip, and what was so hard about putting it in a separate cup? I left, and we threw away our 2 $16 milk floats. I wouldn’t recommend.

The first time going here was epic. I thought it was going to be average but turned out to be the best sundae I've had this year. Culminating with a warm brownie at the bottom of a big sundae.
