If you go to Dunkirk and don’t go here, what are you doing? This is the BEST ice cream in the area! The prices are amazing for the scoop size too! We love going here every year when we come in the summer!
No ice cream pictures because we ate it to fast and forgot. That is when you know it is delicious!

Love this place. I have been coming here since the 1970s. A lot has changed with the store. But everything is still great. From the service to the delicious icecream.

The Big Dipper is one of the few ice cream stores left that make their own ice cream. It is a very nice place to take the family for a cone or a huge Sunday

This ice cream is homemade and has a rich flavor and melts easily due to the high fat content, which is the secret to great ice cream. I got peanut butter chocolate with a scoop of salted Carmel turtle, 😋 😋 😋
I also got a homemade Oreo to take home.

The only negative I have about Big Dipper were the floors. They needed a better job of cleaning and sweeping. Otherwise, the ice cream was (and always has been) great! The service was equally great!

Kid-friendliness: Well displayed ice cream and gelato. There were big pictures of the sundaes and specials, making it easy for kids to pick what they want.
