JFC. Call in an order. Told 30 minutes. I get there, pay, and wait for another 30 minutes. Wtf. Asked 3 times what my order was. Told em. Said still in the oven. A different person asked me, looked, found all of my order sitting on top the oven where it sat for a good 20 minutes.
I doubt anyone knows what the heck is going on there. Cold food. Yay. Again. Last time I go there as the past few times we ordered and got it delivered, it too was cold. They are amazing in taste compared to the other locations, but service and staff needs SERIOUS work.

Cheeseburger sub ordered as toasted and extra baked. Was neither. Matter of fact the meat was mostly raw. I have pictures but do not see an upload icon. Dogs enjoyed it. Never order from this place!!

I drive truck so limited to things and second time I ordered from there. First time I ordered boneless and got bone in and this time I got boneless but the wings and fries was cold like they sat for a while before the delivery driver got them to deliver. Pretty sure this will be the last time I order from there due to not getting the quality I should have gotten for the pricey menu!

Should stick to pizza and wings. Place doesn’t know how to make a sub, and for $30 to mess up my order, real nice.

This place isn't on par with a Blasdell Pizza. 20 minutes before they started my sub. On guy sweeping. One girl walking in and out looking for a charger. One girl on her phone or walking around. I really wanted the sub today.

The sub was different then the usual way to make a sub. It was hot like I like them, but the tast was ok no wow on this. What I didn't like, they had the menu on the wall but NO price !!!!!

We usually call orders in then pick them up. They more times than not super busy, in a hurry but still helpful and nice. That goes a long way for me. Thank you for that - hope it stays that way.
