The associate was working the lunch rush alone Let me be clear she was super nice and provided good service. I waited 20 minutes above and beyond the initial time frame I was told. I received fresh hot food however just about all my mozzarella sticks had erupted. They were very disappointing.

Worst tasting pizza I have had in a long time and I have reviewed hundreds this is the top 50 worst cheese so bitter sauce tasted like paste that crust was like chef boyardee dear god no!!!!!

Terrible experience today! We went to crosbys to get drinks and a couple snacks. 1st we got drinks labeled 1.49. Got to check out they rang up at 3.29. I told the clerk (Bethany who wore a blue jacket, visor with a messy bun) and said they weren’t ring up correctly. She says they had this happen a couple days ago and they were aware of the issue and she alerted the manager (slick back pony tail wearing a red shirt and blue jeans with a blue undershirt ) the manger first states oh it’s because you don’t have a rewards with them. Okay how do I sign up? I sign up then SECINDS LATER she says they had the wrong tag up. The tag was for a different item. The item was no where in sight. There was 2 separate tags showing the price being lower. I said wouldn’t I get it at the lower price because that is where the items where. That is where you guys placed them. The clerk states well I don’t make the prices so idk what to tell you then Looks at me like I’m stupid and says no can’t you read. Escuse me? I work in retail, i am aware they don’t make the prices however I also know that if you have items prices at a lower amount, no matter who put the items there you are supposed to honor the price. The girls were extremely rude and can definitely say I won’t be going there again. Truly a terrible experience. I made a public post on Facebook with photos of the girls (after they followed me outside and were LOUDLY talking bad about me as if I was an issue just for asking about prices) absolutely AWFUL customer service
