The two girls at the window today were NASTY. Not only was I rushed the entire time I tried to order but they were even worse at the window. They forgot to give me my drink and as I reminded them they got nasty AGAIN telling me they know-then how'd you forget the drink in the first place? Would not recommend cause they continued to sit there and talk crap while they're window was open.

I only come back because I don’t drink Tim Hortons and the new Starbucks isn’t open yet. Service has gone down hill in the past 2-3 months. The staff is always rude, instead of remaking your drink when it’s wrong, they will call you wasteful and then be petty about it and not fill your cup all the way so you have to ask another employee to fix it for you- again. This is my second incident where I have had a problem in a month and I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. I’ve already called corporate. Giving me a credit to come back and have another bad experience is not enough.

I went to Dunkin to order two sandwiches. While ordering the girl taking my order was very rude. I got to the window and paid for my two sandwiches a total of $12. I only received one of the sandwiches so I parked and went inside to ask them for my other missing sandwich. The girls working there were telling me I was wrong and that I ordered 1 sandwich only. So I told them 1 sandwich does not cost $12. So the girl at the front counter went to the back to ask the girl who took my order. They were whispering something and the girl who took my order said “if she wants to argue I can argue with her. I’m not dealing with this.” They ended up making my sandwich but instead of bagging it up and apologizing for messing up my order the girl with the attitude slammed my sandwich on the counter. She didn’t even say anything. I’ve never had a problem with Dk Dunkin but this is absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve never ever wrote a review because I’ve always given places and workers the benefit of the doubt, but this place needs and deserves this review unfortunately. Going through the drive-thru, my wife and I went to order. There was no line and the place was empty, should have been an indicator, when going to order the cashier yelled “what do you want!” Everyone has a bad day, understandable, but then when we ordered a Frozen Mocha coffee, she said “You want a what?, I’m having trouble hearing!, and what else?!” in a rude and unwelcoming manner. Made us ordering feel like a huge inconvenience to her. She was not welcoming at any point or even cordial. Just took our card and then gave us our order. My wife got snacking bacon that was clearly cold, but the drink was correct and was good. It was just an awful experience and an odd one. That being said the Tim Hortons directly beside it was accommodating, welcoming, and even gave us a donut for our dog. I’ve never had Tim Hortons before either and I was impressed. Very disappointing from Dunkin as it’s always been our go to. Won’t be returning to this location and recommend others not frequenting that Dunkin’.

Disgracefully filthy establishment. Bathrooms were beyond terrible. Staff was slopping the hogs & miserable to be present. This location deserves to be shut down by the health department.

Food quality and worker moral has really taken a dive at this location.. bummer, I would prefer this place over Tim's but most recently the bacon was undercooked on both the sandwich and the side, and the breakfast sandwich was burned, but somehow still stuffed with the undercooked bacon. Not tasty!! Staff seems very indifferent or worse, unhappy. Would like to see it improve.

Stood at the front counter for 3 minutes waiting to order and no one even acknowledged me at around 1pm on 10/18/24z Behind the counter was very dirty with garbage and food product laying on the floor, which is not ideal. Decided to walk out and go to Tim Horton’s next door, where I was greeted and able to order almost immediately. I love Dunkin but don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Not sure what the interest in this place is. Had an egg wrap and it was so small it made me laugh. Thanks for the chuckles. Another over priced franchise experience. Won't stop in any time soon. Shop small local places best bet.

So sad to say that this. I'm from MA and there's a dunkin's on every corner. I expected the same kindness that I received back home, but nope! The girls are rude and don't let you finish your order. My sandwich was missing the sausage and the hash browns were cold. The ONLY one kind of nice person was at the drive thru. I believe her name is Reina. That's it.. DO BETTER DK DUNKINS!!

Found a piece of sausage at the bottom of my coffee. I don't know if it's the management or what but the employees are not friendly. I walked in to grab my mobile order and one of the workers said "the bathroom is closed" with a LOT of attitude which I wasn't even going to. And then when I was walking out she was complaining about getting yelled at by management for the bathrooms being dirty after a shift saying "you wouldn't understand unless you worked here." I've also come here pretty early to get coffees to which they won't respond to the speaker at the drive through. I wouldn't waste my time or money at this particular Dunkin.
