This was a great Dunkin' location! We were on a trip and my wife never had Dunkin', so we took her. She ordered the Sabrina Refresher, and she was absolutely hooked. I thought the drink was pretty delicious as well. My favorite thing though has always been the Chocolate Munchkins. The staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The store was very clean and had a nice feel. We also Got my sister in-law hooked too!

Service was so bad. Why did it take 20+ minutes for one bagel and a wrap? They also kept forgetting orders and having to come back and ask people. There were literally five people working and all of them were talking instead of making orders. It wasn't busy either, there was one other person ordering and he also was forced to wait fifteen minutes for a wrap. When we finally got the food, it wasn't even made well or tasted burnt. My family and I were on a road trip and stopping here literally added half an hour onto our arrival time.

Over 80% of the workers that work here have awful customer service. They’re extremely rude and extremely incompetent. They constantly get my order wrong. I lose a brain cell every time I have to interact with this place.

The two girls at the window today were NASTY. Not only was I rushed the entire time I tried to order but they were even worse at the window. They forgot to give me my drink and as I reminded them they got nasty AGAIN telling me they know-then how'd you forget the drink in the first place? Would not recommend cause they continued to sit there and talk crap while they're window was open.
