This was a great Dunkin' location! We were on a trip and my wife never had Dunkin', so we took her. She ordered the Sabrina Refresher, and she was absolutely hooked. I thought the drink was pretty delicious as well. My favorite thing though has always been the Chocolate Munchkins. The staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. The store was very clean and had a nice feel. We also Got my sister in-law hooked too!
Food quality and worker moral has really taken a dive at this location.. bummer, I would prefer this place over Tim's but most recently the bacon was undercooked on both the sandwich and the side, and the breakfast sandwich was burned, but somehow still stuffed with the undercooked bacon. Not tasty!! Staff seems very indifferent or worse, unhappy. Would like to see it improve.
Overall a great experience!The store was found to be clean, and bright upon entering. The restroom was very clean as well. There appeared to be two employees working, both of which were very cordial. I ask for a dark roast coffee, and there was none remaining. The one employee gladly offered to make fresh. I felt badly, she needed to make a new pot.She actually said, "sir it's my job"!Anyway despite being from PA, service like that makes the drive to Dunkirk worth...
