I have never actually written a complaint about a restaurant before but this was by far the worst dining experience my family has ever had. While I can’t completely knock the food, the staff was by far the most arrogant , rude and careless service I have ever experienced. I ordered the Burrito Tejano, described as smothered in their cheese sauce. My daughter also ordered this item so I had something to compare it to. Hers had cheese all over it while mine had barely any covering it at all , not even enough to taste, so I asked for some extra as it was a clear difference. I was charged $4.99 for it and after I was told it was because the cheese didn’t spread on mine because my food wasn’t warm enough? I mean that alone shouldn’t happen right? Make it make sense. She then said well you finished all the cheese in the dish so if you eat it you have to pay for it, I’m sorry were you going to save and re-serve what was lesft in the tiny little dish of cheese you gave me ? She gave us so much attitude and I asked if she understood this was the service industry as I own a completely service orientated business myself that I have run for over 20 years. The waitress was beyond rude as well, throwing our check on the table as we were still eating and giving us boxes, when I brought that up , she said that that’s what she is told to do. Halfway through your meal?! I have never ever been talked to so rudely by wait staff or a “manager”. She even said to me look at these people coming in here we obviously are great, the restaurant was less than a quarter full , most of those people where there had attended a cheer competition in fredonia and live out of town. It’s clear your locals dont care for the establishment either because where were they? Not there.

My steak was good. But I couldn't tell how it was cooked because it was flooded in spicy sauce. Some parts seemed undercooked, and some parts seemed overcooked.

Refried beans were the highlight of the dish. Everything else was just OK.

Quite possibly the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. Staff was very nice though.
