This is my 3rd time here, and my last. I asked for a bean burrito with extra cheese. Then, at the window, the employee asked if I wanted sauce. I said "The hot sauce please!". Opened the bag when I was out of the drive through area. OMG! The burrito was so tiny and, they gave me mild sauce!! I went back in the store to get my hot sauce. I didn't bother to complain because, to be honest, THEY DON'T CARE!! I will NEVER go to the KC/Taco Bell combo EVER AGAIN!
KFC chains might as well just go under at this point it’s evident across multiple states that they just don’t care about anything then lining their pockets ordered extra crisp and got original then the chicken itself was raw, with pink threw out even to the bone, the coleslaw was dry the Mac n cheese was definitely sitting on the warmer for hours and the biscuits were hard as a rock with no butter. Ain’t no point in going to kfc when you can get better chicken elsewhere

The order was ok except we did not receive our dipping sauce, but were still at KFC. Staff were all young highschool students and appeared in experienced and the atmosphere was chaotic, as reported by my daughter who went into the KFC to pick up our online order. She waited 30min beyond when my order was okayed and ready to pick up. Amber (daughter) remarked they looked like highschool students, etc.

Most times is good, tonight, 5/16/24, around 9pm, teller was nice but I ordered a 3 piece "k2".I got 2 thighs and a leg, after ordering all white meat. Not only was it wrong, it was way over cooked. Whom ever was working tonight is making KFC look really bad.But normally there is no issues.
