The order was ok except we did not receive our dipping sauce, but were still at KFC. Staff were all young highschool students and appeared in experienced and the atmosphere was chaotic, as reported by my daughter who went into the KFC to pick up our online order. She waited 30min beyond when my order was okayed and ready to pick up. Amber (daughter) remarked they looked like highschool students, etc.

Customer service is poor, food was cold, the chicken bucket I purchased looked like it was warmed up in the microwave(soggy), mashed potatoes, and gravy was Luke warm.It was definitely not worth the 40$ I spent.Won't be going there for a while.

Waited 15 min for our food. When we asked about it we were told you're in line. People who came in after us got their food before us. I ordered original recipe, received extra crispy.
