Very fast service in & out in half hour
In & out in 2 hours 2 pm apt for loading.
After reading the reviews, I was ready to wait a very long time, but I arrived 6 hours earlier, after 4 hours they gave the door empty 30 minutes later. I was pleased.
Shipping personal are very polite and professional. Always a positive experience
Arrived at 7:00 a.m. ET, had FCFS, live unload. 7 hours later they gave me a dock door, received paperwork in hand at 15:45.
Spent 8 hours 45 min to get empty.
Very fast. Arrived at 9pm, unloaded at 11. I stayed for the night, since the morning (10am) no one said anything))

Very good place to drop and switch trailers, wide open area to park or relax and very helpful personnel to get in and get you going!!! Secured environment

Horrible place to deliver. Guard check is rude and they dont care about drivers. Checked in at 6am didnt get unloaded till next day...
Worst place to unload at I've been here 25hrs for a load that was supposed to deliver yesterday they only have a outside portajohn for drivers to use and when I've asked for a update on time because they have unloaded trucks that came in after me I get well that had other product we need and we don't need your product right now
This place unacceptable they don’t care Driver. They don’t care them. You can wait here like 24 hour unloading. I came in the morning right now to noon. Next day you guys come here make sure 24 hours or 48 hours waiting.
Been here since 1:30 am still here 30 hrs later,this place is huge with much security but no care for the truckers I missed 2 other loads now ...so I guess 5+5=6 eh or what,all I'll say if we would treat these facilities the same as they treat us truckers they would would be pissed
I arrived 14 hours early. They got me a door let me know it would be a while 7 hours finished my 10 there. Excellent break room clean restroom. Over night parking, plan on waiting but this is a good place to do it. Friendly folks I would gladly come back.
