First come first serve facility and of course long wait. To be exact it took them total of 11 hours to unload. 9 hours wait and 2 hours actual unloading. At some point other trucks with finished products were coming to unload and leaving right away but we were unfortunately loaded with raw material so we had to wait.

Not the worst In at 09:30 am for a 10 am appointment out by 12 pm kinda a pain to get to I followed their direction line people were friendly enough

I don't know why there are a lot of bad reviews. We had an awesome experience! Stuff is kind, polite and helpful! In and out 1 h 15 min for full trailer. Thank you guys!
Great place. Let’s start off a lot of the bad reviews are old ones from someone no longer there. So when you arrive at the guard shack, Everyone in there on all shift are nice Bill and the other guy on days Sara and Chris on afternoons and even the late night are all nice. If your brining in an empty it has to be inspected and sweep out. That group of ppl are very great also. Then inside the office everyone is very helpful. You get there and low on hours they allow you to sleep in lot 2. Big drop lot empty’s along the fence and load in the middle even a free scale to use.
Arrived at 11:55 AM for a 1PM delivery. Was empty in 45 minutes. Thank you Max!!

Very fast service in & out in half hour
In & out in 2 hours 2 pm apt for loading.
After reading the reviews, I was ready to wait a very long time, but I arrived 6 hours earlier, after 4 hours they gave the door empty 30 minutes later. I was pleased.
Shipping personal are very polite and professional. Always a positive experience
