Couple of weeks ago went for a drive with my son and his fiancé and fortunately found ourselves at 16 Central Ave in Dunkirk, NY. The Boardwalk Market has a nice selection of small eateries to cater to just about every palate! It was lunch time and we decided to try Off The Hook as my son and I both love fish / seafood What a treat!!!! The food was delicious and the seafood nachos to die for!! My son’s fish was great and the street tacos that my future daughter in law ordered...

This place was great! Walked up a few minutes past 8, their closing time; after a brief chat on the other options in the area the chef said forget about that and fixed us some dinner…fresh battered fish, homemade coleslaw…an amazing end to a day driving!

Our first time here, and we both ordered the seafood combo. It was a good size portion wise. The price was around $17 for the basket. We ate outside at a table. We came around 5:30 pm and they brought it out a little after 6 pm. The tarter sauce had a seasoning like nutmeg or cloves taste that we couldn't put our finger on. Over all, it wasn't too bad, We'd try the place out again.
