Very sad to leave this review as we all grew up eating at the fredonia branch, but the guy answering the phones basically talked us out of ordering here. Understaffed? Idk but they were out of ingredients for 2 of the types of subs anyways. The clerk sounded like i depressed him with a 5 sub order. Then says an hour wait for pickup we went elsewhere obviously. Granted it was only 3 hours before closing but still. Oh well, nostalgia is gone

10:30pm, called in the order and was told it'll be 45-50 mins.
12am, call to ask where the order is and am told it'll be there any minute.
12:25am, food finally shows up.

Hey, at least it was warm when it got here.

Edit : the manager called back and apologized for the mistake and worked on attempting to correct the problem. Gonna give it another try. Kudos for the personal outreach.
Previous review: Pizza was not cooked and there was so much sauce the cheese slid right off. Order was for green Olives, mushrooms and onions. There were no onions, black olives and 5 mushrooms. Told the guy the olives were supposed to be green. He said we don’t have green olives. Sir you may want to revamp your menu online and not just shrug your shoulders.

Let me preface this by saying that I normally do not leave reviews for places, good or bad, so the fact that I’m writing this at all says something. Secondly, I’ve got to say that this was absolutely, without a doubt the worst food service I’ve experienced in my life so far. The workers are miserable. They were short staffed and I get that’s stressful but at the end of the day they chose to work food service and it’s not my fault that I wanted to get some food to eat at a restaurant, which I can say with confidence considering I’ve worked in food service for several years now. They took my girlfriend’s order, which was ridiculously overpriced. 18 bucks for a meatball sub with warmed up meatballs and sauce, with a drink. But that would’ve been passable if it didn’t have the level of quality as our college dorm food. After taking her order, she proceeded to answer the phones, which is understandable because we were dining in and the calls are more time dependent. The thing is, I stood at the counter patiently for well over 20 minutes, and not once was I even asked if I wanted to order. They just ignored me and at one point said that my girlfriend’s sub would be done shortly in a rude way, which was the only thing they said to me. When they finally finished making the sub, which took literally 20-30 minutes of waiting, they just threw the sub on the counter hard, like almost slamming it into the surface and walked away. 20-30 minutes of waiting for a sub with 3 premade ingredients just for it to be given it rudely as if we were such a burden for wanting to eat at an open restaurant. At the end of it all, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to order so I just left pissed off and grabbed food back at my college campus. The overall experience was extremely terrible and ruined what was supposed to be a cute little date night getaway for my girlfriend and I. Could not recommend this place any less.

Horrible place. Food sucks, and the prices are horrible. The owners and manager treat women like they are nothing. The fat owner gets in womens faces screaming at them. Can't wait for them to get it.

Nobody should support this business.the owner is a horrible person. I would say horrible man but he's not a man at all. He thinks it's okay to scream in his female employees faces. So much so that he was spitting in there face . Sir if you would like to ever speak to my family like that ever again I promise that you will regret ever opening a business.

AGAIN I was disappointed.The price is high, the food, was not very good. It took almost an hour to make 2 subs and a sandwich. We were the only customers in the place, and didn't look like they had deliveries.I doubt I will go back. I tried too many times.Miss the old owner.

Good pizza nice folks

This place is decent for a quick bite. I ordered chicken fingers, med sauce. They took me by surprise with the sauce but I was pleasantly delighted. They use a bbq base sauce. If that’s not your style order the regular buffalo sauce!! The single order also did not come with fries. $16 is a little much for just 5 and BC and Celery. Not bashing at all, I guess I should’ve read the menu better… all in all the other food I’m sure is great and I would come back!
