Took 30mins for the workers to finally start making my sub. There were only 2 people ahead of me, but the workers were too busy taking online orders (which is fine) but when you get my sub out of the toaster and leave it on the counter for 10mins so you can do your online orders, toasting the sub becomes kinda pointless. The workers also don't listen to you when you tell them how you want your sub.
There's also only one friendly worker there, she's awesome to see everytime I go there. The rest of the workers are rude. The setup at subway is ridiculous- if there's more than a couple people in line, then the line starts to go towards the bathroom hallway which is narrow so to get to the back of the line you have to literally squeeze through people.

Store closes at 10pm (at least advertised so online). Was getting out of work at 9 so placed an online order for 9:10pm. The online order was accepted and my money was taken. I get an email a little before 9pm that my order was cancelled. I try to call the number provided in the email, and the line is disconnected. I check google for the number and yep, number in the email matches google. Show up to the store and almost all the lights are off and only one person left in the store cleaning. Guess they decided to close early and disconnect their phone. Just really annoying, now I get to wait 6 days for the refund to process and also had to snag dinner elsewhere.

There is always a sign in the drive thru that the drive thru is closed every weekend I go there and when I go inside they are standing around on their phones and argue with me that the headsets are broken then tell me most subways do not have a drive thru to justify it. I said why not tell guests to drive to the window to order and they said there’s NO WAY they can do that. I have an 89 year old mother in law with dementia who wants a specific sub and it’s 19 degrees out and I would have to bring her inside for her safety as she can’t be me to in a car. This has happened at least 7 times since October. You are losing $$$$$. I and I’ve seen many others just drive away.

Customer service is ridiculous here. Just had an employee argue with me about kinds of bread...why????? Also put the sign on your DOOR stating you don't accept 50 or 100 $ bills. My advice go to the other one in town. This ones a mess

Whoever made my sandwich tonight needs a raise because omg. Probably the best sub I’ve ever had

Paid extra for avocado and sauce and didn’t get either of those. Also they never label subs and frequently forget things. I couldn’t even eat the pretzel because of how hard it is and it wasn’t great without the sauce which they forgot.

Ordered chick salad wrap- kid spread dry chick pieces on wrap and a said I wanted chick salad not chick and he responded it was lol I then ask for lettuce tomato and onion and topping bar was basically empty so he gave me tons of lettuce and a squirt of mayo / it was unappealing to say the least so I got some ranch dressing so it wasn’t dry as a board . I wasn’t impressed but my husband and son said their sandwiches were ok so I guess don’t order chick salad there if your expecting something that can be scooped

This is the 3rd time this has happened to my sandwich...
Mainly, everything I've asked for is a tiny bit of everything, basically nothing to the point it's just turkey, cheese & bread....very disappointed in how this subway has become beginning of the year was amazingly great now I will be going to Walmart subway till this subway is better again.

I’m very upset by the new so called wrap. They did away with the regular wrap and now are using a weird type of flat bread. First off it cost the same with much less filling inside. Second ghe contents falls out if you’re lucky that the flatbread doesn’t break first..Plus it’s only been out 2 weeks and if you’re not someone who goes frequently you are shocked when after ordering at drive through you find this new but not improved version of the Buffalo chicken wrap
