Would Not Go Here The Lady That Waited On Us Was Very Rude And Didn't Fix My Order They Messed up Said It Wasn't Her Problem I'm From Ohio We Was On Vacation And Not No KFC In Ohio Has Any Employee Treated Me As Bad As This Girl She Was Younger I Definitely Will Not Be Going Back Here
This was my first time here in a long while and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. On Tuesday the 27th around 8:30 we went thru the drive thru and my cousin ordered sour cream on the side for her quadsadilla and wanted her spicy chipotle sauce on the side instead of on. They charger her .60 for the sauce on the side even though she wasn’t getting any extra. She also was charged 1.20 each cup of sour cream, and there was barely a spoonful inside the cups. It looked like they were at the bottom of the barrel and said f it. They forgot a spoon for my potatoes, so when we asked for a spoon and salt and pepper, the lady very rudely hands us a huge handful of salt and pepper along with a spoon. I don’t know why these people act like their job is such a hassle. They wouldn’t want to be treated this way, so why treat others that way? Had we not already been on the thruway, we would have turned around for the sour cream we paid for. Do better.
