Went for Lunch on 12th, I ordered online went through drive thru to pick it up. The guy couldn’t get my name right and when he did, repeated my order back and asked me if I wanted whipped cream which I ordered online, then at the window again I was asked. I then had to remind them to put the Valentine’s sprinkle on it.
The next morning, my husband gave my name 3 times at the drive thru. Then someone asked if it was Richard.. how do you get Richard out of Vickie?

Food and drinks are great. Drive through very busy with long wait times. I guess, with great food and drink, that is to be expected. Trash can on drive-through was overflowing. Rep at window didn't seem to care it was overflowing and said he was not going to change it.
