What an absolutely delicious meal and wonderful service. My husband and I celebrated our 18th anniversary together here and it did not disappoint. The food was made with pride! He ordered the Prime Rib, and I had the kale salad (incredible!) and the Delmonico steak. He has high standards for prime rib after growing up going to the Big Moose and he was very pleased with the Eagle Bay prime rib which is saying a lot!!! Very friendly, attentive staff and great food. Everything was well presented and delicious (even the veggies 😀). Don't miss the mashed potatoes. Small, but excellent dessert menu. We had a reservation and the table was waiting for us when we arrived. There didn't seem to be too much of a wait, but it is a small dining room, so I'm guessing peak season gets pretty busy.
I flipped over one piece of the Bistro Chicken just to see maybe how this magic was done. The most delicious chicken I’ve ever had! Pan sauce was so savory and complex and utterly delicious, wow. Everything about this dish was so well executed- the staff here is awesome too.
