Doug and his team did a great job catering our wedding. The only complaint people had was that they ate so much that they could not get drunk.

We used holy smokes BBQ for our wedding, the food was absolutely amazing! Best rice and beans ever, thank you Mags, Doug & crew for such an amazing and yummy dinner!

Stopped by their food truck this past weekend, and got the Garbage Plate. There was an issue with the order initially (an item forgotten when putting it together, and they quickly remade the order for me. They were very cordial, friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! The chicken was cooked wonderfully, the mashed potatoes was a wonderful surprise, and the bbq sauce was delicious. They did a great job portioning every ingredient out so that there was enough of each to be present to the last bite. I can’t wait to catch them again and try more!

After seeing what they did and caused on a couples reception I wholeheartedly know for a fact their employees aren’t trained well and need proper training so for your own health and life STAY AWAY! This isn’t even worth it. If they respond they can go cry because now everyone knows what they did and I’ll be making sure everyone in my area knows about them with my large following! They will stay away! Sorry folks, time for your own medicine!

We upgraded to prime rib for our wedding and we were not served prime rib. It was a shredded pc of meat. I’ll put my money it was chuck roast. You CANT shred a prime rib. It’s not a shred-able pc of meat. I called after and gave him my concerns and he told me he had two weddings that day and he is trying to do this out in a field with no kitchen. Unfortunately that’s not my problem. I cook and smoke food for a hobby. I know what prime rib is. Cooked to 120 degrees internal and carved like a steak! Because it’s a steak! Not shredded. Ran out of ribs as well.
