For Chinese in NY, its not too bad. I'm from Cali, and well, the Asian food is a million times better there. Hard-pressed in Buffalo, but for all the places, this one isn't half bad. Recommend if your looking for the better part of fast food.
We stopped and had a great mid afternoon dessert and Tea here today. Fantastic ambiance service was extremely attentive and very engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend a visit.
