Every thing is ok but the customer service and when i say rude behavior i mean threatening rude because i am still processing wth happened here
I ordered here by mistake without realizing that i didnt change my location and within 5 second i called them to cancle my order since it was big order and i didnt wanted it to go waste
They said its ok and then called me back telling me why the heck you asked us to make it when you dont want it we already made your order come and get it and i was like sir i just literally placed it 10 sec ago and thats why i called you right way so you don't get into any inconvenience then he proceeded to tell me that you have to cancle within 30 sec which i told him that i actually did but he was like i’ll make sure to kick you out from here in future and i will put ban on you and i wont let you place order here and you’ll see and i was like what?? Really i always order from you guys like ALWAYS and i admitted my mistake took measures to make sure staff wont have to waste time and energy and in return im getting threats?? Really
Such a horrible person who is engaging with customers like that

For the love of all things holy do not order their chicken wings. Horrible. I know who orders wings from dominos well it was my first time and now my last o hate wasting money and will normally stomach the food but I forced myself to eat two and suffered later! Pizza was fine but damn the wings were disgusting first and last time ever getting dominos

It takes me 20 minutes to get my order and after that the pizza was very greasy and the taste wasn’t as what I expected to be, but the employees were nice and polite.

I ordered a delivery for this restaurant, and had a free coupon for the bread bites and was going to buy cheesy bread with it. Tried ordering it and then I get an error message that I was short the exact amount of the parmesan bites, so I had to add something else to the order, which slightly irritated me because I had a coupon from ordering delivery multiple times. Then came time for the tip which, I didn’t think was really warranted due to the fact of the minimum purchase, for crying out loud pay your employees. I own a business and I pay employees for their time at a valued rate. Also it wasn’t like I was ordering multiple pizzas and it was hard to carry. Then after they deliver it, I read the receipt and the driver wrote on the receipt saying how I should’ve given him a tip. Now I’m extremely happy I never gave him a tip, because you don’t ask for a tip, you receive a tip when a good/exceptional job is done. I think it’s quite presumptuous to remark to a customer that you require a tip. If Domino’s a multi million dollar company can’t afford to pay their employees a decent wage how the hell can I afford to pay them extra then I’m already paying them for overpriced food and their minimum order? I understand business and get profit margins. To the driver as an employee don’t start trying to make me feel guilty, I’m not your employer, I’m the customer. Talk to management.

Poor communication skills. Difficult to understand their questions or answers. I ordered on the phone at 4:30 it was not ready at 6 as promised. Their " large" is , at best, a medium. The sauce is a bit tart. They will not get me to return.

I ordered large pizza with 3 topping however due the error on the Dominos webpage order did not go through on the Domino's website. I tried again and it did went through but the topping were deleted. This location made my pizza without any toppings. They should have called and confirm if the order is correct. After I got the pizza home I noticed that the store gave me cheese pizza with no toppings.i called the store to refund this as I ordered with 3 toppings. The store refused to refund instead put all the blame on me that I ordered this pizza with no toppings. The company website is not working properly on orders and so does the store is unwilling to take any responsibility they seemed to not offer any customers service to the clients. Rude people.
