The staff was very unfriendly. I waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted. My drink also took about 15 minutes to make. If I hadn’t paid I would have walked out by now.

Whoever was working the drive through lane (not the girl on the window but the person over the mic) on 9/9/24 at 8:40 am is extremely rude. Lectured me for showing up early for an app pick up order. If i’m driving to work and the app says 3-6 minutes to be ready, then it should be ready by 7 minutes. If it’s not then change the time. Lecturing customers and complaining I showed up early, even though i was there AFTER the app said is so childish. If you’re having a bad morning I’m sorry but don’t take it out on me over a mediocre Chai latte i could make at home if I wasn’t running late. Thanks hope this helps :)

Only the drive thru was open at main and Goodrich in Clarence, but ok . Can't wait to see the inside and visit!

My wife and I come here a few times a week and order a few select items. Staff is always very friendly and make great drinks. They're always consistent too. Never had an issue with anything at this location and will visit this one over others in the surrounding area.

The only thing I have to say is the music can be a little loud to where it's hard to concentrate, even talk if you're sitting inside.
