Stopped going to the one on main cuz they kept messing up …things were going so good until recently… forgetting food and forgetting the cream or the sugar in the coffee… management save this place or I guess it’s back to Goodrich coffee.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff there. I know it’s quite annoying when customers have large orders, but we are paying for a service and expect to be treated with respect. When order was ready and the worker was reading off two things off our large order clearly annoyed, another worker gave back-handed comment about how I ordered “everything” on the menu. Went back to receive the doughnut that was not included in the bag, and get a new bagel as we wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it, and received a dry bagel with bacon My coworker was treated with utter disrespect and had to wait 15 minutes for them to check cameras because they refused to believe they made an error. As a person that works in customer service its more important to be empathetic and understanding rather than being right, which they clearly weren’t. Shouldn’t work in customer service if your clearly miserable and don’t want to treat people with decent respect, go to any other tim hortons location.

This place need to be clean!!!!!! I Saw one of employees not wearing gloves when she made coffee!!!! She touched her nose then she touched the lids!!!!. Also if I am asking a specific thing in my order they said ok will do it for you and when I get my order it’s there no thing that I asked them to do in my order !!!!!

I was originally not going to post about this, but since I’ve gotten 4 sour/spoiled ice caps, I figured it was time. Now their machines are down all the time. It’s becoming a McDonald’s milkshake machine situation. Not sure why they aren’t hiring skilled people that know how to work/clean their machines.

The worst. Food dripping with grease Forgetting to give a straw. Lids don’t fit paper cups spilling Diet Coke on clothes. Deliberately handing me 2 straws in a sarcastic insult gesture. And. Like most Tim Hortons overfilling your drink with ice. Effectively stealing money from every order that uses ice. There are suggested lines on each cup for ice so the consumer gets what they are paying for. Most don’t pay attention. I do. Don’t go to this location

Whoever is cutting your English muffins for the breakfast sandwiches has a crooked eye. The last two I got for my daughters has had one of the sides being razor thin with holes in it and the whole English muffin on the other side. At over 4 dollars per sandwich that’s unacceptable. While you lost a customer, I hope the mentality changes and you learn to respect the ones that come back.
