The worst. Food dripping with grease Forgetting to give a straw. Lids don’t fit paper cups spilling Diet Coke on clothes. Deliberately handing me 2 straws in a sarcastic insult gesture. And. Like most Tim Hortons overfilling your drink with ice. Effectively stealing money from every order that uses ice. There are suggested lines on each cup for ice so the consumer gets what they are paying for. Most don’t pay attention. I do. Don’t go to this location

Whoever is cutting your English muffins for the breakfast sandwiches has a crooked eye. The last two I got for my daughters has had one of the sides being razor thin with holes in it and the whole English muffin on the other side. At over 4 dollars per sandwich that’s unacceptable. While you lost a customer, I hope the mentality changes and you learn to respect the ones that come back.

Ordered a “Handcrafted Latte “, and the worker said what is that? I pointed to the large lite sign over his head and pointed to it. Another worker came over and said “well then I guess everything we sell is handcrafted.” This is the attitude in most Tim Hortons when ordering that special drink. If its on the menu, the workers should know about it.

Service was ok. We received our food first which was a toasted bagel a muffin and a turkey sandwich. We were finished eating before they finished our drinks. Could not get wifi so was unable to collect rewards for this trip.

9/10 good floors are clean fireplace looks great chargers at one table but… there one charger that is broke I’m useing the other one so when I plug the other charger that broken it’s take the charger

The negative reviews surprise me. Of all the Timmy Ho's in WNY, this is the best Tim Horton's location ever! It's a brand-new tenant space with reserved parking in East Amherst. They have a great team of quality workers! They do everything right at this location and should be a model for all other locations. If you want an accurate Timmy Ho's order and you don't want to wait in long lines, including the drive thru, go to this one and ask for Gah or Jonits.
