As always a wide variety of food. Some of the guests take a lot of space than needed.

AVOID THIS LOUNGE AT ALL COSTS!
I stopped by this lounge between flights, exhausted and looking forward to a drink. What I got was humiliation and disrespect.
The bartender, Giovani, took it upon himself to publicly embarrass me in front of the entire bar. After ordering a drink and a glass of champagne, he loudly proclaimed that I wouldn't make my next flight because I was "drunk." Unbelievable.
To make matters worse, the manager Claudia came over to "explain" and downplay the situation. Adding insult to injury, when I politely asked Manager Claudia to lower her voice during our conversation, she had the audacity to deny raising her voice, claiming "I'm not shouting." Unfortunately, her tone and volume told a different story. This blatant disregard for my comfort and feelings only further solidified my negative experience at this lounge.
She claimed I was fine and could order another drink, completely dismissing my concerns and feelings.
The whole experience left me feeling gross, disrespected, and unwelcome. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff is appalling.
Unless you enjoy being belittled and humiliated, stay far, far away from this lounge.
*Zero stars, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This is a real oasis in the retail gauntlet of LGA. Quiet. My favorite Amex benefit, I think.

My wife and I both liked it. Food was tasty, especially the grilled chicken breast in chimichurri sauce. Ice cream was really good, as was the coffee station and lounge itself. No complaints.

Good luck finding this place. They are absolutely phenomenal at hiding it and not getting any directions or any signage. This is literally a complete waste with this lame card. I will gladly cancel my membership. Just stupid paying for services. You can’t get.

Have the Amex platinum, and asked the staff at the front if I could just run in quick to grab a tea because I had a long flight and my throat was very dry and hurt. Lady at the front rudely told me “departures only” and dismissed me. I understand it’s for departures only, but I just wanted a tea, not to stay there. Rude
The Lounge at LaGuardia was very nice! I enjoyed the breakfast selections at the buffet and the juice/coffee station was nice as well. The lounge itself is split up into 4 or 5 different rooms, giving you different areas to either work, eat or have a cocktail. The check-in was simple and fast and I found the staff to be pleasant. A nice break before my flight home to Scottsdale from NYC.

The quality of food has descended precipitously. The bar staff is great, but that doesn't offset the dismal quality of the buffet. A large part of why I keep my Platinum card is since I fly through LGA regularly. With so many other lounge options, I'm surprised AMEX has become so lax with their standards here.
