Friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Great place to get away from the hectic terminal waiting areas.

The place is getting tired and needs an upgrade. Too many broken or unavailable amenities.

I used to rave about the Centurion Lounges. They are my refuge from the crowded airports I find myself in often. These days, though, the lounges are just too crowded. The staff are very attentive and the food and beverage is very good. There is just not enough room anymore. I'm going to look into the Sapphire lounges which I hear good things about.

We saw a small mouse running in the food area. Many people saw it too. It was 4/25/24 around 1:30pm. I almost threw up

I've always had a good experience at the new Terminal B Centurion Lounge. The staff is always friendly, the WiFi is always fast, there are lots of different seating areas, and the food is always good and well stocked. It can get busy at the height of the day, and because it is a bit smaller space, you may have to hunt for a seat. What's notable is that the Chase Sapphire Lounge is right next door, and opens 30 minutes earlier, and closes 30 minutes later, than the AmEx Centurion Lounge. I've waited outside at 5am for it to open, and had to leave at closing when taking a late flight, when both times the Sapphire Lounge was open. I realize that this is a luxury that admittedly only privileged people tend to use, but when traveling, these things can make all the difference.

Love this lounge. It’s really nice when you have a long layover or get to the airport a little early. Only downside is it is way more packed than other lounges. I’ve been to multiple different AMEX lounges and that would probably be my only complaint. Seems like the AMEX lounges always have a LARGE amount of people in them.

Liza the bartender was extremely rude, anytime I would talk she would ignore me. She refused to give me another drink because I still had ice in my previous cup. I expect better from American Express, typically I leave satisfied.

To be an American Express, the food was mediocre at best. This was a brand new construction, Fort Lauderdale Lounge 1000 times better in every aspect.Dietary restrictions: I wish it did offer all of the options listed here on the food menu.

Sunday morning, quiet but we'll staffed. Food included French toast (very good), oatmeal, baked or scrambled eggs, sausage, some tea cakes and fresh fruit. Everything g you need before getting on a long flight.
