Tonight july 13 at 9:55 pm. I was standing in front of the cash register and i was the only customer there. The Spanish guy with a goatee was completely ignoring me. The older black guy was just looking at me like nothing. Burger king you should teach your employees manners. I had to leave because they didn’t want to serve me. You’re losing money because of your unprofessional employees. #rude #unprofessional

SO UPON ENTERING THE BURGER KING I NOTICED IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, I MET ALEX AND LENA WHO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND UPBEAT, AND SENSE OF HUMOR AND OFFERING OF BEST CHOICE MENU WAS BEYOND PAR! THE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY RELAXING INCLUDING THE MUSIC WAS A GREAT CHOICE AND COMFORTABLE IN LISTENING! NO AS FOR MY FOOD IT WAS FRESH AND HOT! MY BACON KING BURGER WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION THE MEAT WAS COOKED THEROUGHLY MY CHEESE WAS MELTED PERFECTLY OVER THE MEAT AND THE BACON WAS CRISPY ALONG WITH VERY SOFT BUNS, MY ONION RINGS WERE COOKED SOFT INSIDE AND CRUNCHY OUTSIDE AND THE OREO SHAKE WAS REALLY GOOD AS WELL. Ordered a whopper with cheese no onion no pickles. Got a whopper with bacon and pickles. Get workers that are competent. Don't go there!!!!. Not the first time my order was a disaster. Manager should be watching. Never again!!

The dark dude with dreads (braids) is always making sure my order is done right.
Twice had I had to say something about my order but he is always there to make sense of my order and he coaches the employees about what mightve cause the mistake. This is HIGHLY appreciated since the last time i got the wrong order, the person on register threw my sandwich on the trash and left me to just ASSUME a replacement was being made.
It's a Burger King on Astoria Blvd, East Elmhurst, Queens. The food is average, like most 'burger joints.' Hurray they updated this Burger King! Nice bathrooms! Plenty of parking at this location! Good job!

Please always check the orders, because the customer is not going to take out the takeaway burger to check it to see if it is okay.

Horrible service. Waited for 10 minutes and my food was ready but not brought to the pick up area. Has to ask what was the deal to finally get the food, so it was trash once i got it
