I would have given zero stars if I could. We went in on 7/27 to a party of 6 in front of me, a woman, and a woman and daughter. I anticipated a wait, which was fine. The young lady took care of the large party amd went in the back. Soon after a young man came out. At this point the lone had grown to the door. The young man told the young lady to work on putting together the spoons, rather than assist him with the ever growing line. I think there needs to be a more experienced person on the shiftvyhay can manage the time better. Won't go back to that store, too bad.

The girl working right now (July 19, 9:30PM) has an unpleasant attitude. I asked her for a medium twist in a cup with chocolate crunchies, but she only filled it to the brim of the cup, which was below the amount shown in the display. When I mentioned that it looked small, she bluntly asked if I wanted more. I replied that, yes, I did want more since I was paying for it, right? She then filled it a little more but slammed my cup down on her glass display. If you can't handle customers, maybe you should reconsider your job. I wasn’t asking for anything for free; I'm paying with my hard-earned money.

So, we arrived at the shop at around 11:30 AM (1 hour after the shop opened). There’s no Ice cream, and the attendant said, we’ll be ready in 20 minutes. More than 40 minutes have passed by, and still no ice cream, and the attendant seems to care very little about it. He is still putting the ice cream flavors in the freezer, and he still doesn’t care at all that the shop has been opened for 1,5 hours and there is still no ice cream. Crazy!!!!

The girl working there is super unprofessional. Didn’t get greeted and once I walked to make my order I wasn’t asked what I would like either, she just waited for me to ask if she can take my order. On top of that once I told her I wanted a double scoop on a cone she just sat there without saying anything just waiting for me to tell her what flavor I wanted. No Intent to make the customer feel welcomed nor appreciated don’t recommend going to this location .

Their employee Genesis was very helpful and kind. She did a wonderful job attending to all customers during what was clearly a crisis with an unruly and disruptive customer. Thank you Genesis for truly being a great human being with the patience of a saint.

I'm not sure if the workers actually enjoy their jobs, as they all seem to move so reluctantly. The lady made our coffee milkshake with instant coffee instead of ice cream, which was a first for me. She also wasn't paying attention when taking my order and gave me the wrong soft serve flavor. When I pointed out the mistake, she blamed me, insisting I said pistachio—even though I'm allergic! On top of that, the soft serve was sour. The staff seemed odd, and there are much better locations in Queens, like the one along Grand Ave. My family definitely won't be returning.

I went on a Saturday to get my self and my family some milkshakes, and the lady was extremely impolite. She responded to me that “there is no milk for the shakes”, but then she served the other customers behind me milkshakes, but for me; nothing. The owner just lost themselves (estimate) 3 customers (ourselves), and $50 in total. Speak to your workers and please replace them, with better, suitable customer service. If the owner doesn’t take any action, I would start looking for a new Carvel.
