I called this restaurant and was assisted by a kind woman who took my order properly and she gave me top tier customer service. HOWEVER, as many other comments have noted, I requested "Extra Bacon" and barely got any on my pizza (like literally less than regular). FINALLY, my pizza was delivered cold and I had to reheat in airfryer. If the restaurant even cares, if people are literally paying for EXTRA of something in the meal, please add heaps of it so that it does not look like less than the regular amount. In simple terms: STOP BEING STINGY WHEN PEOPLE ARE GIVING YOU THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR JUST ONE COOKING-FREE NIGHT. Thank You!

October 2, 2024, approximately 1130 I order three pies kept and when I sent upstairs to my mom‘s house, we all got real sick and wind up at the ER. They said it was poison. I called the pizzeria on 32-17 junction blvd owner said, it is not his responsibility that all I can do is post on the website and make it complaint. You will not give me a refund that is not his problem service that they give at Domino’s on 32-17 junction. blvd.

I’m see my apps deliver to 2 minutes way but after 26 minutes the delivery guy still doesn’t move. I’m waiting around 30 minutes and then delivery guy gives me so cold pizza. So I decide return. Then I’ll order again. Maneger call me say next order delivery more than 2 hours and cancel it. Very bad service at delivery. Also Menager Ahmed was very rude and rude. I ordered 3 times but they didn’t deliver. Please don’t recommend this store again.

The pizza is always good, compared to the price, when using the app deals.
I usually like putting mushrooms as my topic of choice on pizza.
Tip: You can ask them for napkins if you want.
Also, if you use car side delivery don't click on the "I'm here" button on the app until after the pizza is marked ready on the app, otherwise it may lead to delays in them bringing the pizza out to the car.

Today I ordered my three large pizza at domino's and when I picked up the order I saw that my order was very cold and soggy which was not fit to eat otherwise I called them for a refund they misbehaved with me and Please do not order from this store if they refuse to give me a refund

I was pretty blown away by the pizza I got this time. The Hawaiian specialty pizza with green peppers on their new New York style crust was shockingly good for a chain pizza shop. Was it gourmet pizza from some mom and pop shop? Maybe not, but this pie was pretty damn good.
Highly recommend getting the XL New York style pie. Tons of food for a reasonable price.

I arrived and there was only a young man organizing orders and several customers waiting, normally I waited to be served, while I observed that the rest of the employees were in a meeting so I began to call attention to be served but it never happened, it was like being invisible or They looked at me, I waited for a while longer watching them but I was not attended to, I went out to look somewhere else and found a better one on the north,,,, it's a shame you have such terrible service

This Domino's has been serving the Jackson heights East Elmhurst area for decades it's never disappointed. great fresh pizza and very speedy, clean location great deals and is open 24 hours and delivers 24hrs a day this place is a can't miss
