Don’t bother coming here. You wait forever even if you use the app. There’s only one person working on busy weekday mornings and it’s too much for him to handle alone. He gets nasty with you if you ask for your order. People can’t wait 20 mins for their food when they got to get to school or work

What happened to this place? Did they change management? It used to be amazing, service, food, etc. Now the donuts are stale if you can actually get one, they are smaller and don't taste the same. Won't be going there again. Walked out.

Guys at counter were very short with me and didn't give me a receipt. Got back and took a bite of a donut and it was hard and tasted like they were made in a soured dirty mop bucket. Called the store and was basically yelled at. Exponentially the worst dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced and I have been to many different stores in many different states. You couldn't pay me to eat those donuts...
Ordered through the DD app, and our order was Curbside, and walked to our vehicle, hence the non star rating for atmosphere. Personable delivery person and fast service.

Be careful using the App at this location , twice I used the app here and walked in and they told me no order was placed even though my card was charged. The second time I even showed them my bank note being charged for this location. He said “ place the order again” I said last time I did that I was charged twice for one order and they just smirk and say “ dispute it then” . Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service and a bunch of SCAMMERS . Wont be coming back.
