They dont want to grant your free item coupons. The guy at the Register will tell you that you have to buy a item even though you dont. I ended up placing the order online for pick up and got my free item. Its not about the money as i spent money here before and would of bought a item if he wasnt lying about the situation. Everything that is said about customer service is true Evidently so id Recommend go somewhere eles. And if you dont like granting coupons work for a different franchise that doesnt offer those things but dont take out your Frustration with the customers.Will not be coming back to this dunkin donuts ever after this experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went in there and there was no one else and i ordered ice coffee, however there was rolling cart of donuts and the guy who was gon make me coffee said go go i cant make it machine not working. Even thou all he had to do was moving the ROLLING CART WITH WHEELS which would had taken literal two seconds. That guy is sooo mean and rude. The way he talks is like hes shouting at you and dont want to do any work hes getting paid for. Hes like that with everyone. So i had to come back with no frozen coffee. After few days i went again to get the same coffee and he made it soo black, i asked him to put in some sweetener a little bit. And he gave me a terrible look and said no then he finally put in sweetener, i swear to everyone me and my partner couldnt even take a sip it was like he put the entire syrup bottle in , we asked him to exchange that cuz our money is wasted and we cant drink then he started shouting sooooo loud infront of other customers and said NO NO NO. Then he said fine after ten mins and made us order again by shouting at us the whole time. When he handed us the coffee he shouted dont come back here again. I wanted to cry he disrespected so much. The only reason i go to tht DD is because its nearest and i dont have to take out my car or i dont wana go at all because of this man. I wish i could go to another one or he could get fired somehow. No one can take that attitude. This is not the right way to treat your customers. He works at night in case anyone needs to be aware. When you see that guy working just run dont come back.

Worst customer service experience ever. They are all Bangalis talk in there language. I have food allergies asked them to change gloves and paper so I don’t get allergies but she refuse to do that . Then manager came and he refuse to do that also and then started talking in there language who knows they were cursing me . Never going there again .

Bad experience,please spend you money elsewhere. Worst customer service ever and the manger is the cherry on the top.DD should set a language rule when behind the counter for employees. Before I wrote this comment I gave them a benefit of doubt and read all other comments,thinking I shouldn’t give them a negative review but turns out most have left negative reviews like mine due to bad customer service.
